Do you allow decorations?
Yes, we love it when guests style their event, adding that extra flare! We don’t however allow glitter or anything being stuck to the walls. But bring as many balloons, flowers, or anything else, as you like!
Can I arrange bar tabs?
Yes, exchange your credit card for a tab card at the bar and fix it up at the end! If you are wanting a tab for your function, let your functions co-coordinator know your limit and the staff on the night of your function will make sure it doesn’t exceed your limit.
Are there any additional costs?
Additional costs only apply if you hire AV or employ our services to decorate.
Do you allow under age?
Yes we do, Children under age do need to be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian but they are always welcome. No one should ever miss out on celebrating a special occasion!
How late can I exclusively hire your venue?
Provided there is availability, we will allow no less than 1 week to book the venue exclusively.
How do I secure my function?
Functions are secured with a $500 deposit.
What is your cancellation policy?
A full refund of your function deposit will be returned when canceling with 14 or more days notice.
Is there a room hire fee?
No, we do not believe in room hire fees. Quoted minimum spends are for you to use on food and beverage only.
What is the bump in and bump out time?
Events can start at 12pm- 1am everyday, except Sunday as we are licensed until 11pm. If you wish to extend the finishing time, the venue can apply for an extension but is not guaranteed.
