Can I arrange a bar tab?
Definitely! Whatever your budget, choice of drinks or open bar, you name it and we’ll organise it for you.
Can underage guests enter the venue?
Unfortunately, as a licensed late night cocktail lounge, Golden Monkey is not able to accomodate for any underage guests. However, there are some exceptions under the law so please do enquire within.
Can I decorate the area I hire for my function?
Absolutely! This is your night!
Is there a dress code my guests need to be aware of?
Dress to impress is what we always recommend however we accept anything from smart casual to glamours and fabulous! We do kindly ask for no costumes, team jerseys/ colours, baseball caps or inappropriate clothing.
How late can I book the venue exclusively?
On Sunday to Wednesdays: Until 1:00AM
On Thursday to Fridays: 2:00AM
On Saturdays: 3:00AM
How do I secure my booking?
To secure your booking, a deposit is required. This deposit amount will depend on pax numbers and the space being used.
Are there any additional costs?
No additional costs required! Our famous monkey is free!
Can I bring a cake to my function?
Yes, but we do have a cake fee of $30 however no charge for cupcakes.
